1. Be in nature.
2. Find a good place to sit or lie down.

Anyone need a feel good story on the climate crisi Anyone need a feel good story on the climate crisis? In my latest piece @outsidemagazine, I reported on youth-centered environmental education organizations and interviewed some amazing kids who are fighting for outdoor equity and climate justice in their own backyards. As these non-profits have proven, participating in collaborative, hands-on educational activities related to climate change not only eases climate anxiety but sets up youth to remain invested in climate action as adults. Read the story to learn about the five programs fostering the next generation of outdoor advocates in America.
